| 摘 要： | 目的：建立小儿豉翘清热颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent zorbax SB-C18（4.6mm ×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-水（22∶78）为流动相，流速1.0mL· min -1，检测波长为277nm，柱温35℃。结果连翘苷的线性范围分别为0.09699～4.850μg（r＝0.9997），平均回收率（ n＝6）分别为98.29％（ RSD＝0.82％）。结论所建立的HPLC法可用于测定小儿豉翘清热颗粒中连翘苷的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method for determination of Phillyrin in Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules.METHODS Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6mm ×250mm,5μm） was used.The mobile phase consis-ted of acetonitrile and water（22∶78）at the flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1,the detecting wavelength was at 277nm and the temperature of column was 35℃.RESULTS The phillyrin showed good linearity （ r=0.9997 ） in the range of 0.09699-4.850μg.The average recovery （n=6）was 98.29%,RSD=0.82%.CONCLUSION The established method can be applied for quality control of Phillyrin in Xiaoerchiqiaoqingre Granules. |
