社区不同年龄段居民艾滋病知识知晓率的调查分析

目的了解金花街不同年龄段居民对艾滋病相关知识知晓率的情况,分析其可能原因,为进一步开展健康教育针对不同的年龄段居民设计不同的方案提供依据。方法选用国家课题"广东省艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治重大专项设计"的调查问卷,抽取金花街16岁以上居民8 829名开展调查分析。结果本次调查8 829名居民,调查艾滋病传染途径相关知识8题,计算其回答的平均正确率。其中16～19岁300人,回答平均正确率74.92%;20～29岁1132人,回答平均正确率75.93%;30～39岁1 042人,回答平均正确率75.69%;40～49岁1 810人,回答平均正确率71.82%;50～59岁2 657人,回答平均正确率69.78%;60～69岁1 033人,回答平均正确率65.8%;70岁以上855人,回答平均正确率49.84%。结论 16～39岁的居民回答正确率最高,70岁以上的居民回答正确率最低。

INVESTIGATION OF THE UNDERSTANDING RATE OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AIDS IN RESIDENTS WITH DIFFERENT AGE IN COMMUNITY

Objective To know the understanding rate of knowledge about AIDS of resident in Jinhua street, Guangzhou city,Guangdong province,and analysis some related causes.Further more,we hope that this survey can provide some information for health education in citizen of different ages.Methods Our questionaire is selected from the national problem of " some questionaires designed for the prevention and treatment of major infectious diseases, such as AIDS and virus hepatitis in Guangdong province".There are 8 829 persons participating in this survey,who are above sixteen years old lived in Jinhua Street.Results There are eight questions about AIDS in the questionaire, and we calculated the average accurate rate.The accurate rate of 300 people with age from sixteen to nineteen is 75.69 percent,and that of 1 132 people with age from twenty to twenty nine is 75.93 percent,the average accurate rate of 1 042 people aged from thirty to thirty - nine and 1 810 people aged from forty to forty - nine reaches 75.69 percent and 71.82 percent,respectively;that of 2 657 people aged from 50 to 59 years old is 69.78%;that of 1 033 people aged 60 to 69 years old is 65.8%;that of 855 people aged over 70 years old is 49.84%.Conclusion The highest accurate rate is in people aged 16 to 39 years old,while the lowest rate is in people over 70 years old.
