腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术180例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的手术方法和临床效果。方法回顾性分析180例腔镜组(研究组)及85例开腹组(对照组)的临床资料。结果研究组手术时间50±20.24min,少于对照组63±21.45min(P<0.05);研究组手术中出血50.62±40.23ml,少于对照组79.95±30.35m(lP<0.05);研究组术后排气时间22.29±3.41h,少于对照组38.36±9.35h(P<0.05);研究组术后术后疼痛发生率1.6%,少于对照组4.7%(P<0.05);两组术后月经恢复时间,术后体温,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术手术安全、可靠,具有出血量少、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点。值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Oophorocystectomy in 180 Cases

Objective To discuss the operation method and clinical effect of oophorocystectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 1800 cases of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy （research group） and 85 cases of laparotomy （control group）. Results The operation time of research group （50±20.24min.） was shorter than that of control group （63 ＋21.45min.） （P 〈0.05） and the bleeding volume in operation of research group （50.62±40.23ml） was smaller than that of control group （79.95±30.35ml） （P〈0.05） ; the time of aerofluxus after operation in research group was 22.29±3.41 hours, much earlier than that in control group （38.36±9.35 hours） （P〈0.05） ; the pain occurrence after operation in research group was 1.6%, lower than that in control group （4.7%） （P〈0.05） ; there existed no statistical difference in menstruation restoration and body temperature after operation be- tween the 2 groups （P〉 0.05） .Conclusions Laparoscopic oophorocystectomy is safe and reliable with such advantages as less bleeding, shorter operation time and quick recovery, it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
