| 摘 要： | 目的评价在心血管内科实施护理风险管理的效果。方法选择2011年11月～2012年11月我科收治的240例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组的患者采取常规护理管理,实验组的患者采取护理风险管理。结果实验组患者的风险事故发生率与护患纠纷投诉率显著低于对照组,护理满意度、护理质量均显著高于对照组。结论护理风险管理在心血管内科护理中的应用效果好。

THE EFFECT OF APPLICATION OF NURSING RISK MANAGEMENT IN CARDIOVASCULAR MEDICINE DEPARTMENT |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of application of nursing risk management in cardiovascular medicine department.Methods 240 patients treated in my department from November 2011 to November 2012,as an object of study,were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 120 in each group,take routine care management for patients of the control group,the experimental group of patients to take nursing risk management. Results In experimental group,the incidence of risk accidents and the rate of nurse - patient complaints were significantly lower than those in the control group,nursing satisfaction,and quality of care are significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The effect of nursing risk management in cardiovascular medicine care is fine. |
