湿性愈合治疗压疮患者的疗效观察与护理分析

目的 探讨湿性愈合治疗压疮患者的疗效,分析总结压疮患者临床护理经验.方法 将52例压疮患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组26例,其中试验组(共75处压疮)Ⅱ期42处、Ⅲ期33处;对照组(共77处)Ⅱ期44处、Ⅲ期33处.两组压疮患者均接受临床常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理基础上给予个性化湿性愈合方式治疗压疮,对照组在常规护理基础上给予传统干性愈合方式治疗压疮.比较两组压疮患者治疗效果和创面愈合情况.结果 试验组Ⅱ期压疮患者临床总有效率高于对照组(90.48%vs 71.11%)(P=0.021)、试验组Ⅲ期压疮临床总有效率高于对照组(84.85%v s 63.64%)(P=0.040)、试验组压疮患者总治疗有效率高于对照组(88.00%v s 68.83%)(P=8.891);与对照组相比,试验组换药次数较少、创面愈合时间、创面直径缩小更明显、新鲜肉芽生长时间较快,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与传统干性愈合方法相比,湿性愈合治疗压疮效果明显,能促进患者创面愈合,缩短患者治疗时间,提高临床治疗有效率.

The Curative Effect of Wet Healing and Its Nursing Measures in the Treatment of Patients with Pressure Ulcers

Objective To investigate the curative effect of wet healing in the treatment of patients with pressure ulcers and summarize the clinical experience in the nursing of those patients.Methods 52 cases with pressure ulcers were divided randomly into the experiment group and control group and each group consisted of 26 cases .The 75 pressure sores in the experiment group included 42 pressure sores of Stage Ⅱ and 33 pressure sores of Stage Ⅲ ,while the 77 pressure sores in the control group included 44 pressure sores of Stage Ⅱ and 33 pressure sores of Stage Ⅲ .The two groups were treated with the conventional clinical nursing .The experiment group was given with the individualized wet healing treatment ,while the control group was given the traditional dry healing treatment .The curative effect and wound healing were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the experiment group (90.48% ) was higher than that of the control group (71.11% ) in the treatment of Stage Ⅱ pressure sores (P= 0.021) and that of the experiment group (84.85% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.64% ) in the treatment of Stage Ⅲ pressure sores (P=0.040) .The total effective rate of the experiment group (88.00% ) was higher than that of the control group (68.83% ) ( P=8.8912) .Compared with the control group ,the experiment group was significantly better with less dressing changes ,quicker wound healing ,smaller wound diameter and faster growth of fresh granulation (P< 0.05) . Conclusion Compared with the traditional dry healing treatment ,the wet healing has obvious curative effect in promoting the wound healing ,shortening the treatment time and improving the overall effective rate in the treatment of pressure ulcers .
