头体针缪刺法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照研究

目的:观察头体针缪刺法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:150例患者随机分为3组:针刺组、西药组、空白对照组,每组50例。空白对照组给予常规饮食、情志调护;西药组在常规治疗的基础上给予匹维溴铵片50 mg口服,3次/d;针刺组在常规治疗的基础上给予头体针缪刺法治疗。治疗6 w后采用胃肠症状评估量表评定临床疗效,采用健康状况调查问卷简表-36评价生活质量。结果:针刺组、西药组、空白对照组临床疗效的总有效率分别为94.00%、80.00%、50.00%,组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后针刺组、西药组与空白对照组生活质量积分比较有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后针刺组与西药组生活质量积分比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:头体针刺法结合匹维溴铵能够明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,为腹泻型肠易激综合征针刺联合西药治疗的系统化、标准化、规范化提供临床参考依据。

A Randomized Controlled Study of Head and Body Acupuncture Needling Method in Treatment of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Combined Scalp needling method in treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into three groups:acupuncture group,western medicine group and blank control group,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given conventional diet and emotion nursing;the western medicine group were given oral 3 tivnes per day on Pinaverium Bromide Tablets 50 mg on the basis of conventional therapy;acupuncture group received scalp acupuncture needling method on the basis of routine treatment.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated by the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (-36).Results:The total effective rate of acupuncture group,western medicine group and blank control group were 94％,80％ and 50％ respectively,and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,acupuncture group,western medicine group and the blank control group,the quality of life score was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),after treatment,acupuncture group and Western medicine group quality of life scores were significantly different (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical symptoms of head and body acupuncture combined with pinaverium bromide can significantly improve the diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients,improve the quality of life,systematization,standardization,specification for diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome by acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of provide clinical reference.
