葛根素含量检测酶联免疫法与高效液相色谱法相关性的研究

目的:ELISA与HPLC法检测葛根素含量的相关性研究。方法:利用SPSS软件分析二者的相关性,并将数据进行线性拟合,得到相应的线性方程。结果:ELISA与HPLC法检测结果之间的P0.01,相关系数为0.993,二者极显著相关;所得线性方程为Y=0.911X+0.852(R~2=0.9865),将ELISA结果带入方程可直接转化为药典法定HPLC检测结果。结论:通过二者相关性的研究,可使ELISA法与药典HPLC方法检测结果相互转化,其结果准确可靠,重复性好,可实现对药材及配方颗粒的高通量快速质量评价。

Correlation Research of ELISA and HPLC on Puerarin Content Detection

Objective:To research correlation of ELISA and HPLC on puerarin content detection.Methods:Analyse the correlation of the two methods by SPSS software,and linear fitting the data to get the corresponding linear equation.Results:The P value between ELISA and HPLC is less than 0.01,the correlation coefficient value is 0.993,which shows significant correlation;The linear regression equation is Y =0.911X + 0.852 (R2 =0.9865),the results of ELISA can be directly translated into the pharmacopoeia of HPLC.Conclusion:Through the correlation research of ELISA and HPLC,the test results of ELISA and HPLC can mutually transformed,the results are accurate,reliable and with a good repeatability,which can realize the high-throughput fast quality evaluation of medicinal herbs and dispensing granules.
