Liss钢板内固定治疗陈旧性股骨远端C型骨折的效果分析

目的 探究Liss钢板内固定治疗陈旧性股骨远端C型骨折的疗效及安全性.方法 选取陈旧性股骨远端C型骨折患者80例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例.试验组采用Liss钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用髁钢板内固定治疗,术后随访.比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症情况、膝关节Evanich评分及手术效果.结果 试验组切口长度、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均小于对照组(P<0.05).试验组术后并发症发生率7.5%(3/40)]低于对照组22.5%(9/40)](P<0.05).术后3、6和12个月时试验组Evanich评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).至末次随访,试验组手术效果优于对照组(P<0.05).结论对于陈旧性股骨远端C型骨折,Liss钢板内固定对组织损伤小,术后恢复快,膝关节功能恢复满意,符合现代外科手术微创的理念.

Effect Analysis of Liss Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Old Type C Distal Femur Fracture

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of Liss plate internal fixation in treatment of old type C distal femur fracture.Methods 80 patients with old type C distal femur fracture were selected and divided randomly into the experiment group (n=40) and control group (n=40) .The experiment group was given Liss plate internal fixation ,while the control group was given condylar plate internal fixation .All the patients were followed up after operation .The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical data including the operation time ,intraoperative blood loss ,incision length ,length of hospital stay ,time of fracture healing ,postoperative complications ,Evanich score and surgical results .Results The incision length ,intraoperative blood loss and time of fracture healing were significantly less in the experiment group than in the control group (P<0.05) . The incidence of postoperative complication in the experiment group (7.5% ) was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.5% )(P<0.05) .The Evanich scores after 3 ,6 and 12 months were significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group ( P< 0.05 ) . The surgical results were significantly better in the experiment group than in the control group at the end of the follow-ups (P<0.05) .Conclusion The Liss plate internal fixation has little damage to the tissue with quick and satisfactory recovery of knee function in the treatment of old type C distal femur fracture ,which conforms to the modern concept of minimally invasive surgery .
