老年甲状腺患者不同甲状腺切除术术式对生活质量影响分析

目的研究对老年甲状腺患者运用不同的切除术式对其生活质量的影响。方法将本院进行甲状腺切除手术的84例老年患者分成观察组和对照组，各42例。观察组采用小切口改良术式，对照组采用常规甲状腺切除术术式治疗。通过对二组手术情况、并发症情况以及随访的SF-36问卷结果共三项指标来评定老年患者的生活质量。结果手术情况比较，观察组在手术时间、出血量、术后引流量和住院时间四个方面的比较均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；并发症比较，观察组低钙血症发生率、并发症总发生率方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；SF-36生活质量测评，观察组在躯体功能、心理健康、日常活动功能、身体疼痛、总体健康、活力这六个方面的得分均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论老年甲状腺患者采用的小切口改良术式，手术情况佳，并发症少，老年人的生活质量高。

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT THYROIDECTOMY ON LIFE QUALITY IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH ABNORMAL THYROID

Objective To study the affect of different resection in patients with senile thyroid surgery on their quality of life. Methods In author＇s hospital for thyroid surgery, 84 cases of elderly patients were divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Small incision im-proved resection was used in observation group, the control group used conventional thyroidectomy surgery treatment. Life quality of elderly patients was assessed by the condition of surgery, complica-tions and follow- up of SF- 36 questionnaire results. Results On situation of operation, observation group in the operation time, blood loss, postoperative flow and the comparison of four aspects of hos- pital stay were significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. On complications, observa-tion group overall incidence of hypocalcemia, complications incidence were significantly better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. SF - 36 life quality evaluation, the observation group in the body function, mental health, daily activity function, body pain, general health, vitality of the six aspects scores were significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with thyroid improved operation with small incision, operation conditions, fewer complications, high quality of life for the elderly.
