名老中医治疗冠心病用药频率分析

目的用统计学方法分析名老中医治疗冠心病验案的用药规律。方法将搜集到的1524份80年代后名老中医治疗冠心病的验案输入到验案分析系统,应用验案分析系统的统计功能建立用药频率表。结果在1524份医案中,共用中药520种。其中用药次数最多者为川芎,共941次,频率为61.75%;川芎、丹参、黄芪、当归、麦冬、五味子的应用频率较高,均大于40%,为名老中医治疗冠心病的高频中药。结论经研究发现活血通脉、益气养阴是冠心病的最常用治法。此分析结果更清晰、简洁易懂,对冠心病的中医临床用药具有指导价值。

Analysis of Medication Frequency in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Dis-ease by Distinguished Veteran TCM Doctors

Objective To analyze the law on medication in the treatment of coronary heart disease by distinguished veteran TCM doctors with statistical methods.Methods 1 524 cases of coronary heart dis-ease treated with distinguished veteran TCM doctor in 1 980s were recorded in the analyzing system and the medication frequency chart was set up.Results of 1 524 cases,520 kinds of Chinese medicines were used,in which,the medication frequency of ligusticum wallichii was the highest,up to 941 times,accounting for 61 .75%.The frequencies of ligusticum wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,angelica sinensis,radix ophio-pogonis and schisandra chinensis were high,over 40%.The distinguished veteran TCM doctors used these herbs in high frequency in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Conclusion The study discovers that ac-tivating blood circulation,benefiting qi and nourishing yin are the most common principles in the treatment of coronary heart disease.The results in analysis are quite clear and easily understood,which are valuable to guide the clinical medication in treatment of coronary heart disease with TCM.
