维生素D对产妇产后抑郁的影响

目的探讨维生素D对产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法选择2013年1月至2013年12月间于我院分娩的产妇200例,随机分成观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规补充各种营养物质。观察组在常规补充各种营养物质基础上,加用维生素D滴剂治疗。比较两组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分和抑郁症发症率。结果产前1 d,观察组EPDS评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后3 d,观察组EPDS评分少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。产前1 d,观察组抑郁症发症率21.00%与对照组23.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后3 d,观察组抑郁症发症率7.00%少于对照组21.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维生素D可以减少产妇产后发生抑郁症,降低爱丁堡抑郁量表评分值,疗效明显,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Impact of Vitamin D on Postpartum Depression

Objective To evaluate the effect of vitamin D on postpartum depression. Methods 200 cases of parturient were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional supplement nutrients, while the observation group received vitamin D drops treatment on the basis of conventional supplement nutrients. The Edinburgh postnatal depression scale （EPDS） score and incidence of depression were compared between two groups. Results One day before delivery, there was no statistical difference in EPDS score between two groups （P 〉0.05）, but 3 days after delivery, the EPDS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. One day before delivery, there was no statistical difference in incidence of depression between observation group and control group （21.00% vs. 23.00%）, but 3 days after delivery, the incidence of depression was 7.00% in observation group, significantly lower than 21.00% in control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Vitamin D can reduce postpartum depression, and lower EPDS score. It has significant clinical effect and high aoolication value in clinic.
