药品评价重如泰山

目的：以国内外的实例阐述药品评价工作的重要性。方法：互联网及数据库文献检索，综合分析并评论。结果：通过心律失常抑制试验、氯霉素的再评价、非氨酯和阿洛司琼的起死回生、激素替代疗法的再评价、左旋咪唑致脱髓鞘脑炎等实例阐明药品评价对保证公众用药安全的重要性以及我国在药品评价方面存在的差距。结论：药品评价工作重如泰山．药学工作者应广开思路积极参与药物评价。

Drug Evaluation heavy as Taishan

Objective： The importance of drug evaluation was described through instances at home and abroad in this paper. Method： Literature retrieval through internet and database was conducted, and comprehensive analysis and comment were given. Results： The importance of drug evaluation in assuring of public safety on using of drugs, and the disparity exists on drug evaluation in China were described through the cases of cardiac arrhythmia suppression trial, re-evaluation of chloramphenicol, felbamate and alosetron＇s back from the dead, re-evaluation of hormone replacement therapy, levamisole-induced demyelinating encephalitis, and other instances. Conclusions： The work of drug evaluation is heavy as Taishan. Pharmaceutical practitioners should broaden idea to participate in drug evaluation actively.
