| 摘 要： | 目的评价脉冲Nd：YAG激光在修复牙齿楔状缺损中的临床效果。方法将73例患者的376颗楔状缺损牙随机分为三组，分别用激光（A组）、酸蚀（B组）、及激光＋酸蚀（C组）处理缺损区，再用光固化复合树脂充填。治疗后12个月及24个月复查并对各组的充填成功率进行统计学分析。结果激光组与酸蚀组比较无显著性差异。激光＋酸蚀组与激光组、酸蚀组比较均有显著性差异。结论脉冲Nd：YAG激光照射处理楔状缺损区可提高牙面与光固化树脂粘接力，提高充填的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pulse Nd:YAG laser on restoration of wedge-shaped defects. Methods Three hundred and seventy-six teeth of 73 patients with wedge-shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups.The teeth were treated by laser(group A),acid etching(group B),or laser and acid etching(group C) before filling the wedge-shaped defects with composite resin.After 12 months and 24 months,the clinical effects were evaluated and statistical analysis was performed. Results There was no stastistical difference in restoration of wedge-shaped defects between the laser group(A) and acid etching group(B). The laser and acid etching group(C) was significantly higher in the success rate of follong the wedge-shped defects than the laser group(A) and acid etching group(B). Conclusion The pulse Nd:YAG laser can improve the strength of composite resin bonding to tooth and increase the success rate of filling the wedge-shaped defects. |
