Anderson—Hynes术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻

目的总结肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（UPJO）的诊治体会。方法分析54例肾孟输尿管连接部梗阻患者的临床资料。其中肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄27例，肾孟输尿管高位连接13例，迷走血管压迫8例，纤维索压迫6例。采用Anderson-Hynes术：术中置双J管引流。结果术后随访12—64个月，平均36个月，分别行B超、IVP检查，有49例（90．7％）肾积水消失或明显减轻，4例（7．4％）无明显变化，1例（1．9％）积水加重。结论Anderson-Hynes术治疗肾孟输尿管连接部梗阻疗效显著。

Treatment of Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction(UPJO)with Anderson-Hynes Operation

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of ureteropelvie junction obstruction （UPJO） with Anderson-Hynes operation. Methods The elinieal data of 54 patients with UPJO were retrospectively analysed. In these patients,27 patients were ureteopelvie junction stricture; 13 patients had high ureteropelvie junction ;8 patients were caused by compression of aberrant blood vessels ;6 patients were caused by compression of fibre cables. 54 patients underwent dismembered pyeloplasty（Andersnn-Hynes）. Results 54 patients were followed up from 12 to 64 months. 49 （90.7%） patients recovered or their hydronephrosis relieved distinetly;4（7.4% ） patients had no significant changes, 1 （ 1.9% ） patient beeame more serious than before. Conclusion Anderson-Hynes（ Dissembered pyeloplasty） is the good ehoiee for the patients with ureteropelvie junetion obstruction.
