摘    要:<正> 引言 我国国土辽阔,中华民族大陆部份人口已过十亿,其中93.3%是汉族,55个少数民族合计占6.7%。第三届亚洲大洋洲组织相容性会议(AOHWC)(会议主席Miki Ai-zawa教授,在1984年5月慕尼黑筹备会议后开展协作科研,历时二年,于1986年6月27日~7月1日在日本北海道札幌举行正式会议)提供了一次难得的机会,不仅可以用会议血清统一调查我国大陆人群的样本,而且还可以运用会议的大陆以外中国人群样本的数据,共同分析以提高结果的可信度。所得结


JOINT REPORT ON MAINLAND CHINESE HLA POLYMORPHISM
Abstract:Twenty two mainland China HLA labs took part in the 3rd Asia and Oceania Histo-compatibility Workshop Conference (AOHWC). Workshop sera were used in typing 20 samples of Han nationality from 10 cities, and one Uygur sample from Urumqi and one Korean sample from Shenyang. Clustering analysis was done with genetic distances among these samples along with Chinese samples from Hongkong, Singapore and Thailand. The data suggested that Han population may include two major groups: the North China group and the South China group. The North China group embraces samples from Taiyuan, Beijing, Tianjin and Shenyang, and also samples from Uygur and Korean Chinese. The South China group includes samples from Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha and Wuhan, and, in addition, samples from Hongkong and Singapore Chinese. Inspection of the gene frequencies showed that HLA antigens which are of Caucasoid origin (A1, A3, B7, B8) have higher gene frequencies in North China group, tending to decrease eastwards. There are two latitudinal gradients: A1,A3 and B44 decrease southwards, and A11 and Bu46 decrease northwards. The longitudinal gradient may reflect the Silk Boad or the more earlier migration of our ancestors. The latitudinal gradients imply the opposite migration of the Chinese populations in response to the sociopolitical events in history. This data provides necessary background for HLA survey of minority nationalities in China.
