支气管肺泡灌洗治疗COPD肺部感染的呼吸衰竭

目的：探讨支气管肺泡灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（下称COPD）肺部感染的呼衰的价值。方法：用纤维支气管镜经气管插管或气管切开处，在有效监测下注入灌注洗，清除支气管腔内脓性分泌液，改善肺泡通气及换气的功能。结果：20例患中显效20例，缓解6例，死亡4例，有效率86．7％。结论：支气管肺泡灌洗是治疗严重肺部感染终末期肺气肿患的一项安全、有效、可行的方法。

Treatment of COPD lung infection caused respiratory failure using bronchoavelor lavage

Thus to improve the function ability of the alveolar.Result In 30 cases, 20 cases with obvious effect, 6 cases with remission and 4 cases with death, effective ratio is 86.7%.Conclusion Under the supervision of the fiber bronchoaveloar, the bronchoaveloar lavage is an effective, safe and feasible treatment for severe lung infection with emphysema.
