| 摘 要： | 从1979年6月～1995年6月,采用股骨髁上骨膜下V形截骨术治疗儿麻后遗膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形患者1106例,其中男635例,女471例,年龄10～48岁,平均23岁。病因:儿麻病后遗症1052例,炎症和创伤54例。随访1～16年,平均8.5年,显示本法创伤小,操作简便,手术时间短,骨愈合和功能恢复快,疗效满意。并发症:腓总神经损伤2例,畸形复发2例,髁部骨折2例。本文详细介绍了手术方法,并对并发症处理与预防等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | From June 1979 to June 1995, 1052 patients with knee flexion deformities and contracture after poliomyelitis were treated surgically. Of them,there were 603 male,439 female. Age ranged from 10 to 39 years with an average 21. 5 years. The follow-up from 1 to 16 years (average 8. 5 years)showed this method is little traumatizing, simple and easy in operation, fast in bone healing and functional recovery with satisfactory results. Complications included peroneal nerve injury in 2 cases,recurrence of knee deformity in 10 and condylar fracture of femur in 1. The operative procedure was described in detail and some problems of analysis and management of complications were discussed. |
