| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨主动脉弓离断（IAA）的血流动力学变化与临床及影像学表观的关系。方法：回顾性分析我院10例已确诊为IAA的临床有影像学资料并参考文献复习。结果：IAA病人有否存活有其临床和影像学表现均与其血流动力学改变密切相关，而血流动力学改变，又与其畸形组合、畸形严重程度有关。结论：IAA的畸形组合不同，其血流动力学亦不同，且影响其临床表现及影像学表现。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the hemodynamic changes of interrupted aortic arch (IAA) and the relationship between the hemodynamic changes, the clinical manifestations and radiologic findings of IAA.Methods:The clinical data and radiologic findings of 10 cases of IAA were retrospectively analysed and the related references were reviewed. Results:The hemodynamic changes determined the clinical manifestations and radiologic findings and whether the patient could survive or not.The hemodynamic changes were associated with the variable combination of malformations and the seriousness of the malformations. Conclusion:The combination of malformations of IAA determines the hemodynamic changes and the clinical manifestations and radiologic findings. |
