大学生对SARS的认识及心理状态的调查研究

目的 探讨大学生在SARS流行时期对SARS预防知识及表现的了解程度及态度。方法 采用SARS调查表对地处河北省唐山市某医学院校1695名在校学生和其中441名学生进行了SARS与SAS调查分析。结果 男女生SARS总分比较有显著差异(P=0．021)，SAS评分男女无差异(P=0．369)。①对SARS的症状和诊断了解的748人(44．13%)；②时SARS传播途径了解的891人(52．57％)。③认为医学实习生应该站在抗击SARS第一线和医务人员一起工作的483人(28．94％)；④认为医务工作者战斗在抗击SARS第一线首先保护自己的324人(19．18%)；⑤对SARS感到恐慌和紧张的244人(14．40％)；⑥感觉SARS影响自己睡眠、饮食和正常生活、学习的248人(14．63％)；⑦认为在抗击SARS斗争中应同时进行心理健康指导的602人(35．52％)；⑧对战胜SARS有信心的1349人(79．59%)；⑨面对SARS应积极采取应对措施的1388人(81.89％)；⑩认为良好情绪肯定有助于提高免疫力的1370人(80．83％)。结论 近50％的学生对SARS的症状、诊断、传播途径是了解的，心理状态大多是正常的，但不能乐观，有必要进行系统健康教育。

Investigation of College Students to the Cognition and the Mental State of SARS

Objective To study college students' cognition and manner about severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) preventive measures and symptom during the period of pandemic SARS.Methods Using the self made questionnaire on SARS to investigate 1695 college students in a certain medical college in Tangshan city,Hebei province, and 441 students were tested by the self rating anxiety scale (SAS). Results The male occupied 28.85% and the female occupied 71.15%. Compared the total mean score with each other, there were significant difference between male and female(P=0.021). As to SAS score, there was no difference between male and female(P=0.369).Conclusions About 50% students know a certain extent about SARS's symptom, diagnosis, the route of transmission and most of their mental states are normal. But not to be optimistic , to go on with systematic health education is necessary.
