黄药子肝毒作用影响因素的实验研究

目的观察黄药子毒性的影响因素.方法比较小鼠雌、雄之间及不同剂量、不同给药时间小鼠肝脏指数、GPT、GOT、ALP、TBIL的变化,观察黄药子毒性与性别、剂量、给药时间的关系及可逆性.结果黄药子引起的肝脏指数、GPT、GOT变化无显著差异性;低、中、高剂量组黄药子毒性显著升高,GPT、GOT、ALP于7 d时达到高峰,随给药时间延长反有降低趋势;GOT、TBIL则随给药时间延长不断升高;在1.5 kg以内,黄药子的毒性是可逆的,超出此范围则有不可逆倾向.结论黄药子毒性大小与性别无关,与剂量、时间呈一定相关性,在一定剂量范围内其毒性可逆.

Experimental Study of Influencing Factors of Liver Toxicity of Dioscorea Bulbifera L

Objective To observe influencing factors of Dioscorea bulbifera L toxicity. Method Compare the changes of liver indexes, GPT, GOT, ATP and TBIL levels between female and male mice in different days after the administration of different dosages of Dioscorea bulbifera L. Observe the revelation between Dioscorea bulbifera L toxicity and sex, dosage, time of administration and its reversibility. Results There is no significant difference between the changes of liver index, GPT and GOT. In low, moderate and high doses groups, Dioscorea bulbifera L toxicity increase dramatically, and GPT, GOT and ALP levels reach max at the seventh hour, which has the inclination of decrease with the time of administration. But the GOT and TBIL levels increase with the time of administration. Dioscorea bulbifera L toxicity can be reversed within the dosage of 1.5 kg, but there is the inclination of inreversibility after that dosage. Conclusion There is no relation between Dioscorea bulbifera L toxicity and sex, but it has relation to dosage, time of administration somewhat, and its toxicity is reversible in definite range of dosage.
