妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症治疗中低剂量和高剂量左甲状腺素钠片的应用效果分析

目的研究妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症治疗中低剂量和高剂量左甲状腺素钠片的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采用低剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组采用高剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组治疗前后绒毛膜促性腺激素、甲状腺功能指标水平变化与不良妊娠结局。结果治疗后,研究组绒毛膜促性腺激素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸及游离甲状腺素水平均高于对照组,促甲状腺激素水平与不良妊娠结局总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症治疗中高剂量左甲状腺素钠片的应用效果优于低剂量用药,可有效提升绒毛膜促性腺激素水平,促使甲状腺功能快速恢复,并改善不良妊娠结局。

Application effect analysis of low dose and high dose levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy

Objective To study the application effect of low-dose and high-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods 120 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets, and the study group was treated with high-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets. The changes of chorionic gonadotropin, thyroid function indexes and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of chorionic gonadotropin, free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of high-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy is better than that of low-dose levothyroxine sodium tablets. It can effectively improve the level of chorionic gonadotropin, promote the rapid recovery of thyroid function, and improve the adverse pregnancy outcome.
