医疗健康大数据背景下卫生信息管理专业师生批判性思维能力现况调查

摘    要:目的:了解医疗健康大数据战略背景下我国卫生信息管理人才批判性思维能力的培养现状,并提出改进我国卫生信息管理人才批判性思维能力的建议。方法:采用调查问卷,调查分析学生对教学方法、教学课程体系的评价,教师对学生批判性思维能力培养的看法、师生评价教学方法重要性。结果:简单教授法仍然是教学过程中最主要的教学方法。学生认为计算机及信息系统大类中的课程能有效提升批判性思维能力,医学知识大类的课程对提升其批判性思维能力的效果最差。医疗健康大数据的背景下,卫生信息管理专业课程相关教学内容主要涉及国内外研究现状(69.44%)和研究前沿(44.44%)。教师和学生都认为PBL教学法最有利于培养学生的批判性思维能力。结论:我国卫生信息管理专业人才培养应强化师生课堂双向互动,调整优化教学课程体系,提高教师和学生的批判性思维素养。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current training situation of critical thinking capability of health information management professionals under the background of medical and health big data and propose the suggestions for improving their critical thinking capability. Methods The teaching methods and course system evaluated by undergraduates, the opinions of teachers on training the critical thinking capability of undergraduates, and the importance of teaching method evaluated by teachers and undergraduates were investigated with questionnaires and analyzed. Results Simplified teaching method was still the main teaching method. The undergraduates considered that the computer and information system course could effectively improve their critical thinking capability while the medical course was very ineffective to improve their critical thinking capability. Current domestic and foreign studies (69.44%) and study frontiers (44.44%) were the main teaching contents in health information management discipline. Both of teachers and undergraduates believed that PBL was the most effective teaching method to train the critical thinking capability. Conclusion Two-way interaction between teachers and undergraduates should be strengthened in class room, the teaching course system should be adjusted and optimized, the critical thinking literacy of teachers and undergraduate should be improved in training of domestic health information management professionals.
