基于叙事医学理念的医院图书馆读书会探析

随着对医学人文的不断倡导,叙事医学在国内逐渐蓬勃发展。将叙事医学理念引入到医院图书馆读书会中,对于唤醒医学人文、深化阅读推广、促进医患沟通和营造亲密关系具有积极推动作用。读书会的内容分为优秀文学作品阅读、叙事性的反思写作、“真人图书”分享等,实施方式分为基于图书馆阵地、走进临床科室和深入病房/社区3种。通过此服务模式,探讨医院图书馆开展读书会服务的可行性,以期为相关实践提供参考。

Reading party held in hospital library based on the theory of narrative medicine

Narrative medicine is flourishing in our country with the initiative of medical humanities. Introduction of the theory of narrative medicine into the reading party held in hospital library plays an active role in awaking medical humanities, deepening reading popularization, promoting communication and establishing close relationship between doctors and patients. The contents of reading party can be divided into reading of excellent literacy works, reflective writing, and "living books" sharing while the implementing ways of reading party can be divided into library-based position, going deep into clinical departments, wards and communities. The feasibility to carry out reading party service in hospital library was studied based on such a service model in order to provide reference for holding reading party in other kinds of library.
