过热蒸汽灭菌松花粉的安全性毒理学评价研究

摘    要:目的 对过热蒸汽灭菌松花粉进行安全性毒理学评价,为其食用安全性提供科学依据。方法 根据国家标准要求和相关规定,对其进行急性经口毒性试验、细菌回复突变试验、哺乳动物红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和28 d经口毒性试验等毒理学评价试验。结果 受试物最大给予量达10 g·(kg·BW)-1时,对小鼠未见毒性作用;细菌回复突变试验、哺乳动物红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性,未见该样品有致突变作用;28 d经口毒性试验各项指标均未见明显毒性反应。结论 过热蒸汽灭菌松花粉的急性毒性分级属于实际无毒级,无遗传毒性,在该试验研究剂量和条件下,未见明显毒性作用,具有较高的安全性。

Toxicological evaluation of pine pollen sterilized by superheated steam

Abstract:Objective To study and evaluate the safety of pine pollen sterilized by superheated steam through toxicological safety evaluation so as to provide a scientific basis for its rational development and utilization. Methods According to the requirements of national standards and relevant regulations, acute oral toxicity test, ames test, mammal cell micronucleus test, mouse sperm malformation test, rat feeding test in 28 d and other toxicological evaluation tests were carried out to evaluate the safety of pine pollen sterilized by superheated steam.Results No toxicity was observed when the maximum tolerance was 10 g/(kg·BW). Ames test, mammal cell micronucleus test and mouse sperm abnormality test were all negative, and no mutagenic effect was found. Furthermore, no obvious toxic reaction was found in the feeding test for 28 d. Conclusion The acute toxicity grade of pine pollen sterilized by superheated steam belonged to non-toxic grade, and it were proven to be no genotoxicity. No obvious toxic effect was observed under the dose and conditions studied in this test, so it had high safety.
