高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的临床应用价值研究

摘    要:目的研究高频电波刀手术与冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的120例CIN病变患者的临床资料,根据手术治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用冷刀宫颈锥切术治疗,观察组采用高频电波刀手术治疗,比较两组手术时间、切口愈合时间、术中出血量及临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,切口愈合时间明显长于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CIN患者实施高频电波刀手术,手术过程中出血量较少,可有效缩短手术时间,进一步提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application value of high-frequency radio knife surgery and cold knife cervical conization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with CIN lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment time of cervical cold knife, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received cold knife cervical conization treatment, and the observation group received high-frequency radio knife surgery treatment. The operation time, incision healing time, intraoperative blood loss and clinical efficacy of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group, the incision healing time was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-frequency radio knife surgery for CIN patients, less bleeding during the operation process, can effectively shorten the operation time, further improve the clinical treatment effect, it is worthy of clinical promotation.
