健脾益气汤对气虚血瘀证子宫腺肌病患者子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白水平的影响及安全性分析

目的探讨健脾益气汤对气虚血瘀证子宫腺肌病患者子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白水平的影响及安全性。方法选取本院2018年3月至2020年1月收治的300例气虚血瘀证子宫腺肌病患者,随机分为两组,各150例。对照组采用孕三烯酮治疗,观察组采用健脾益气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、血红蛋白水平、不良反应发生率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组临床总有效率为95.33%,高于对照组的84.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗3个月后,两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积均低于治疗前,血红蛋白水平高于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论健脾益气汤治疗气虚血瘀证子宫腺肌病患者疗效显著,可有效改善子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积,提升血红蛋白水平,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Jianpi Yiqi decoction on endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level in patients with adenomyosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its safety analysis

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Jianpi Yiqi decoction on the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level of patients with adenomyosis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 300 patients with adenomyosis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gestrinone, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi decoction. The clinical efficacy, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, hemoglobin level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.33%, which was higher than 84.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, There was no statistically significant difference in the endometrial thickness, uterine volume, and hemoglobin between the two groups;after 3 months of treatment, the endometrial thickness and uterine volume of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the hemoglobin level was higher than before treatment, and the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi decoction is effective in treating patients with adenomyosis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. It can effectively improve endometrial thickness, uterine volume, and increase hemoglobin level, it has few adverse reactions, the safety is high, it is worthy of clinical application.
