项针配合舌三针治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍

目的：探讨项针配合舌三针治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2015年1月~2016年12月接收诊治的脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者100例，随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗，同时配合吞咽功能障碍康复训练，观察组患者在以上基础上额外给予项针配合舌三针进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验、SSA和VFSS评分及疗效。结果：治疗后，两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分、SSA评分、VFSS评分、半流质食物咽食时间均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05），观察组洼田饮水试验评分、SSA评分、VFSS评分、半流质食物咽食时间显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：项针配合舌三针治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍，能够有效改善患者的吞咽功能障碍症状，从而改善患者的进食情况，显著提高其吞咽功能障碍的临床治疗效果，这对于改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的生活质量具有重要的临床意义。

The treatment of dysphagia after stroke was performed by the combination of nape needle and tongue triad

To explore the clinical effect of the combination of the item needle and the tongue needle in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2016, 100 stroke patients with dysphagia in our hosptial were randomly divided into intervention group (n=50) and control group (n=50). Both groups of patients were given conventional drug treatment, and combined with rehabilitation training for swallowing dysfunction, the observation group patients were given additional item needle and tongue triad on the basis of the above treatment. The test of water-swallowing test, SSA and VFSS scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the scores of water-swallowing test, SSA score, VFSS score, half fluid food pharynx time were significantly improved in both groups (P<0.05). The water-swallowing test score, SSA score, VFSS score in observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The feeding time of half fluid food was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Cooperate with tongue triad treatment of stroke, swallowing dysfunction can effectively improve swallowing dysfunction in patients with symptoms, improve the patient''s eating, significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect of swallowing dysfunction, and to improve the quality of life of stroke patients with swallowing disorder has important clinical significance.
