摘    要:目的:对海莲叶、尖瓣海莲叶的性状与显微特征进行比较研究,为其鉴别提供参考依据。方法:采用外观性状观察、显微鉴别的方法。结果:海莲叶、尖瓣海莲叶在药材性状、显微鉴别特征方面无明显差异,药材性状表现为干燥叶展平后均呈矩圆形或倒披针形,网状脉序,革质;显微鉴别特征均为两面叶,叶表皮为复表皮,由2层细胞组成,外层表皮细胞含单宁,下表面具气孔,多为不等式类型;中脉维管束为无限外韧型;叶肉组织薄壁细胞均含单宁和草酸钙结晶,海莲薄壁细胞含单宁多,含草酸钙结晶少。结论:本实验研究了海莲叶、尖叶海莲的性状及显微鉴别特征,为海莲药材鉴别、开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:: Object: To study the macroscopic and microscopic identification of the leaves of Bruguiera sexangula (Lour.) Poir. and B.sexangula (Lour.) Poir. var. rhynchopetala. Method: Macroscopic and microscopic identification were applied to observe the macroscopic, microscopic tissue structure and powder characteristics of the leaves. Result:There were no significant differcences between the leaves of B. sexangula (Lour.) Poir. and B. sexangula (Lour.) Poir. var. Rhynchopetala in macroscopic and microscopic identification. The shape of the leaf blade were similar, the venation were netted venation and the texture were coriaceous. Both of them were bifacial leaves and the leaf epidermis were multiple epidermis,which were composed by 2 layers cells, and the out epidermis contained tannins.The lower epidermis had many stomas,which were anisocytic type. The middle vascular cylinder type was open collateral vascular bundle.There were tannins and Calcium oxalate crystals in their mesophyll cells, and B. sexangula (Lour.) Poir. had more tannins, less Calcium oxalate crystals. Conclusion: In this study, the macroscopic and microscopic identification characteristics of the leaves of B.sexangula (Lour.) Poir. and B. sexangula (Lour.) Poir. var. rhynchopetala were described and compared. The results could be provided reference for the identification and development of these mangrove medicinal materials.
