手术室护士对深静脉血栓预防知信行调查研究

目的了解手术室护士对深静脉血栓的危险因素及预防的认知情况,为今后对深静脉血栓的术中预防培训提供可靠的依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2018年3月面向山西省5家三甲医院手术室护士发放自制问卷,知信行调查采用选择题方式计分,知的总分为30分。将调查数据编码录入EXCEL,并进行统计学分析。结果手术室护士深静脉血栓预防知识得分在8～21分之间,平均得分(13. 68±4. 65)分,正确率平均为51. 4%。结论山西省三甲医院手术室护理人员接受深静脉血栓预防知识培训不足,虽然手术室护士对深静脉血栓预防的态度积极,但是并未明确自己在深静脉血栓预防中的角色定位,医院手术室也多未制定深静脉血栓的预防规范。

Investigation on knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in operation room for prevention of deep venous thrombosis

Objective To understand the risk factors and prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) among nurses in operating room, and to provide reliable basis for future intraoperative prevention training of DVT. Methods A self-made questionnaire was sent out to nurses in operating rooms of five third-class A hospitals in Shanxi Province in March 2018 by convenient sampling. The data were coded into EXCEL and analyzed by SPSS software. Results Nurses in operating room scored between 8 and 21 points on knowledge of prevention of deep venous thrombosis, with an average score of (13.68±4.65) and a correct rate of 51.4%. Conclusion Nurses in operating rooms of Shanxi Third-Class A Hospital are not trained enough in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis. Although nurses in operating rooms have a positive attitude towards the prevention of deep venous thrombosis, they have not clearly defined their important role in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis. More than 60% of operating rooms in hospitals do not have the Prevention criteria for deep venous thrombosis.
