腹腔镜下经腹膜外入路根治术治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效

目的探讨腹腔镜下经腹膜外与经腹入路根治术治疗前列腺癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年4月于本院行前列腺癌根治术的88例患者的临床资料,根据入路不同分为观察组(腹腔镜下经腹膜外入路根治术)和对照组(腹腔镜下经腹入路根治术),每组44例。比较两组围术期指标、术后勃起功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术、术后肛门排气及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组ⅡEF-5评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论相较于腹腔镜下经腹入路根治术,前列腺癌采用腹腔镜下经腹膜外入路根治术可减轻机体创伤性,缩短术后恢复时间,增强勃起功能。

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic retroperitoneal resection of prostate cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic retroperitoneal resection of prostate cancer. Methods The clinical data of 88 patients undergoing radical prostate cancer in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation groups(laparoscopic retroperitoneal resection) and controls(laparoscopic radical transperitoneal resection) according to different approaches, with 44 cases in each group. The perioperative indicators, postoperative erectile function and complication incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The surgery, postoperative anal exhaust and hospitalization were shorter than the control group(P<0.05). 1 week after operation, the ⅡEF-5 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the operation, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication incidence comparison between the two groups. Conclusion Compared with the laparoscopic radical transperitoneal approach, the prostate cancer can reduce the body trauma, shorten the postoperative recovery time and enhance the erectile function.
