老年痴呆患者血清微小miR-9和M-CSF及Hcy的变化及其意义

摘    要:目的分析老年痴呆患者血清微小RNA-9(miR-9)、巨噬细胞刺激集落因子(M-CSF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及其意义。方法选取本院2019年2月至2020年4月收治的老年痴呆患者60例作为实验组,另选取同期本院收治的60例非老年痴呆患者作为对照组;检测两组血清miR-9、M-CSF、Hcy水平,比较两组检测结果,并分析简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分与各项检测指标的相关性。结果实验组血清miR-9、M-CSF、Hcy水平均明显高于对照组,但MMSE评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。老年痴呆患者的MMSE评分与血清miR-9、MCSF、Hcy水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年痴呆患者血清miR-9、M-CSF、Hcy水平显著增加,且与认知功能损害密切相关,通过联合检测血清miR-9、M-CSF、Hcy水平,能为辅助诊断老年痴呆提供一定依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes and significance of serum microrna-9(miR-9), macrophage stimulating colony factor(M-CSF)and homocysteine(Hcy) in patients with senile dementia. Methods 60 cases patients with senile dementia treated in our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the experimental group, at the same time, 60 cases of non senile dementia patients were selected as the control group. The levels of miR-9, M-CSF, Hcy in the two groups were detected, the test results between the two groups were compared, and the correlation between MMSE score and various test indexes was analyzed. Results The levels of serum miR-9, M-CSF and Hcy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the MMSE score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The MMSE score of senile dementia patients was negatively correlated with the levels of serum miR-9, M-CSF and Hcy(P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum miR-9, M-CSF and Hcy in patients with senile dementia increased significantly, and were closely related to cognitive impairment. The combined detection of serum miR-9, M-CSF and Hcy levels can provide certain basis for the auxiliary diagnosis of senile dementia.
