| 摘 要： | 目的:研究系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)糖皮质激素治疗中,不同剂量时骨质丢失的情况。方法:以血清钙和碱性磷酸酶测定,作为骨质丢失的标记,分别测定在应用强的松0.5mg.kg-1.d-1,0.5~1.0mg.kg-1.d-1和1.0~1.5mg.kg-1.d-1时,5d,10d和15d时的变化。结果:治疗SLE时,骨质丢失在小剂量时不明显,且与应用时程关系不大,大剂量时血清钙与碱性磷酸酶在5d时就有明显差别(t=4.437,P<0.01;t=2.242,0.01

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the loss of substantia ossein in different doses for research of Glucocorticoid in SLE treatment.Methods: Taking serum calcium and AKP as the mark of loss of substantia ossein,and setting prednisone as <0.5mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1),0.5～1.0mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)and 1.0～1.5mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1) for the changes of 5 days,10 days and 15 days.Results: During SLE treatment,time of administering prednisone with small dose was not quite relative with loss of substantia ossein in 15 days' observation;in the large dose,after 5 days,serum calcium had an obvious difference with AKP(t=4.437,P<0.01;t=2.242,0.01
