气管切开术后非机械通气患者气道湿化方式的改进

目的 探讨持续雾化进行气道湿化的临床效果.方法 将24例气管切开非机械通气患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组12例.对照组采用常规的间歇气道滴注,实验组采用持续雾化提高吸入气体的湿度,进行2 w的持续气道湿化,比较两组的气道湿化效果.结果 实验组刺激性咳嗽和气管黏膜出血的发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),实验组气道湿化效果及促进痰液排出、减少感染方面显著优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 采用持续雾化进行气道湿化临床效果显著,提高了气道管理质量和工作效率,保证了患者的安全和舒适.

Improvement of the airway humidification way to the non-mechanical ventilation patients after tracheotomy

Objective To establish the scientific and effective method of airway humidification to relieve airway mucosa injury and avoide deterioration of lung infection.Methods 24 patients with non-mechanical ventilation after tracheotomy were divided into control and experimental groups.Expriment group patients were increased the humidity of gas inhalation by continuing oxygen atomization for the airway humidification,control group patients were applied the intermittent airway infusion.Results Airway humidification were satisfied after the improvement.Conclusions In the course that evidence-based nursing and idea of modem nursing are being integrated with clinical practice of the airway management,the quality and the work efficiency of the airway management have been better,at the same time patients have been more safe and comfortable by the improved measures of the airway humidification.
