| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨赖型钩体弱毒株外膜蛋白基因的特点及其与强毒株的差别。方法：对问号钩体赖型56601株的外膜蛋白基因进行PCR扩增得到外膜蛋白基因进行了全基因序列测定，并与我国特有的强毒株017株进行Omp11基因核苷酸序列、推导的氨酸序列以及亲水性和疏水性和二级结构的比较。结果：赖型钩体56601株和017株Omp11基因核苷酸序列及推导的氨基酸序列同源性均为99％。结论：赖型钩体56601株和017株Ompll基因核苷酸在较小判别，可能与毒力强弱有关。另外，两株钩体Ompll基因的核苷酸序列及推导的氨基酸序列同源性很高，从分子水平上说明了同型弱毒疫苗可对强毒株产生完全的免疫保护。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the difference of Omp11 gene of two strains of L. interrogans serovar lai.Methods: The Omp11 genes of strain 56601 were obtained by PCR and the sequence analysis was conducted. The nucleotide sequence, deduced amino acid sequence, hydrophilicity and secondary structure were compared with strain 017, Results: The sequences of the Omp11 gene and deduced Omp11 protein sequences of strains 56601 and 017 showed an identity of 99%.Conclusion: The sequences of Omp11 gene have little difference between both strains and vaccine can protect against the wild strains. |
