摘    要:目的:将熵权法与灰色关联度法相结合构建模型,对消炎镇痛膏进行多指标综合质量评价。方法:测定来源于18个企业的36批消炎镇痛膏样品中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、麝香草酚、盐酸苯海拉明6个指标成分的含量,采用灰色关联度法,以熵权法所得权重作为分辨系数(ρ),构建消炎镇痛膏质量评价模型。结果:麝香草酚、冰片权重最大,提示含量测定可能需要增加更有标志性的指标成分;不同企业的36批消炎镇痛膏相对关联度值为0.145~0.849,说明不同企业间的产品质量存在较大差异,编号为11、12、36、35、16、15的样品质量较优。结论:基于熵权法分别赋权后提高了灰色关联度法的可靠性及科学性,所建立的模型具有通用性,可用于消炎镇痛膏的质量评价,可为其质量控制提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To combine the entropy weight method with the grey relational analysis to establish a model for comprehensive quality evaluation of Xiaoyan Zhentong Ointment (XZO) using multiple indicators.Methods The content of six main indicator components (camphor, menthol, borneol, methylsalicylate, thymol, and diphenhydramine hydrochloride) in 36 batches of XZO samples from 18 pharmaceutical manufacturers was determined. The grey relational analysis method was used, and the weights obtained from the entropy weight method were used as discrimination coefficients (ρ) to construct the quality evaluation model for XZO.Results The weights of thymol and borneol were the highest, indicating that the content of these potentially more significant components might need to be increased. The relative correlation values of the 36 batches of XZO from different pharmaceutical manufacturers ranged from 0.145 to 0.849, suggesting significant variations in product quality among different pharmaceutical manufacturers. Samples numbered 11, 12, 36, 35, 16, and 15 exhibited relatively better quality.Conclusion The entropy weight method combined with the grey relational analysis enhances the reliability and scientific nature of the latter. The established model is versatile and can be used for quality evaluation of XZO, providing a reference for quality control.
