p53基因蛋白在原发性肺癌的表达及意义

目的 检测原发性肺癌中ｐ５３基因蛋白表达与组织类型、分化程度以及淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化ＩＤＰ法，用鼠抗人ｐ５３单克隆抗体检测ｐ５３蛋白的表达。结果４４例原发性肺癌中ｐ５３基因蛋白表达阳性率５６．８％。其中鳞癌１４例、腺癌３０例、阳性率分别５７．１％、４６．７％。高分化１０例，中分化２０例，低分化１４例，阳性率分别为４０％、５０％、５７．１％。肺癌有淋巴结转移的ｐ５３阳性率为６５．５％

The expression and significance of p53 gene protein in primary carcinoma of lung

Objective To detect the relationship of the expression of p53 gene protein with tissue type,degree of differentiation and lymphatic metastasis in primary carcinoma of lung.Methods Immunohistochemical LDP methods were adopted.The mouseantihuman p53 monoclonal antibodies were used to detect the expression of protein p53.Results In 44 cases of primary carcinoma of lung,the total positive rate of p53 gene protein expression was 56.8%.14cases were squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases were adenocarcinoma;the positive rates were 57.1% and 46.7% respectively.10 cases were in the group of well differentiation,the positive rate was 40%;20 cases were in the group of medium differentiation,the positive rate was 50%;and 14 cases were in the group of poor differentiation ,the positive rate was 57.1%.The positive rate of p53 for the cases of pulmonary carcinoma with lymphatic metstasis was 65.5%,which was higher than that (26.7%)for the cases without lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of protein p53 is related to the occurrence of primary carcinoma of lung and lymphatic metastasis,but it is not related to the tissue type and the degree of differentiation.
