| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑出血急性期病情恶化的发生率、影响因素、防治和预后.方法 回顾413例脑出血患者的头颅CT检查结果,结合临床资料进行分析. 结果病情恶化发生率30.99%,发生在24h内60.52%,发生原因与基础疾病、继续出血、脑水肿、并发症等有关,继续出血患者病死率高.结论 基础疾病、继续出血、脑水肿、并发症是导致病情加重和死亡的重要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence rate,influential factors,prevention and cure methods,prognosis referred to acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 413 cases cranial CT examination results combining clinical data of cerebral hemorrhage patients were retrospectively studied.Results The deterioration incidence rate was 30.99%,60.52% taken place in 24 hours.The reasons were concerned with underlaying disease,recurrent bleeding,cerebral edema,complication.The mortality rate was higher in recurrent bleeding patients.Conclusion The important reasons induced condition aggravating and death are underlaying disease,recurrent bleeding,cerebral edema and complication. |
