| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺对围绝经期大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）的影响。方法：对确立为围绝经期的雌性大鼠随机分组，分为针剌组、药物组、空白对照组，分别进行针剌治疗、更年安药物治疗和空白对照，同时另设青年组作对照。经17d治疗后，采用生化法检测血清SOD、MDA。结果：与青年组大鼠比较，围绝经期大鼠血清SOD含量降低（P〈0．01），MDA含量升高（P〈0．01）。经针刺治疗后大鼠血清SOD含量升高（P〈0．05），MDA含量降低（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺能够提高围绝经期大鼠血清SOD含量，降低MDA含量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of rats in menopause. Methods Female rats in menopause were randomly allocated into acupuncture, drugs and control groups, which were treated with acupuncture, Gengnian’an Tablet, and nothing, respectively. In addition, some young female rats were used as control. After 17-day treatments, serum SOD and MDA were measured with biochemical methods. Results Compared with the young rats, rats in menopause had lower contents of serum SOD(P<0.01), and higher contents of MDA(P<0.01). After acupuncture treatment, the contents of serum SOD increased(P<0.05), and MDA decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture could increase the serum SOD contents and decrease the serum MDA contents of rats in menopause. Author: DAI Ming(1971– ), male, associate chief physician |
