西安陆运口岸鼠类初步调查

目的为掌握西安陆运口岸国际集装箱堆放场鼠类本底资料、研究制定检疫策略和卫生控制措施提供科学依据;同时也给该国际集装箱堆场的卫生监管注册工作打下基础。方法从2002年12月～2003年11月,对西安火车西站国际集装箱堆场鼠类的种群构成、密度、生境分布、季节消长情况进行了调查。结果共捕获鼠类49只,经鉴定归属为1科2属3种,其中褐家鼠为优势种,占捕获鼠形动物总数的63.27%,其次为小家鼠(34.69%)和黄胸鼠(2.04%)。结论西安陆运口岸国际集装箱堆场年平均鼠密度为0.68%,在无鼠害口岸评判标准以下,但是集装箱堆场外围区域的鼠密度(1.60%)却超出标准。要保证西安口岸鼠密度控制在标准以内,集装箱堆场外围区域是今后灭鼠工作的重点。

The investigation on rat in Xi'an land-carriage Port

Objective To understand the information of rat species in Xi'an land-carriage Port area;provide scientific evidence for making quarantine strategy and rat-control method;and do the basic work for sanitation monitoring and administration in Xi'an land-carriage Port . Methods A survey was done on rat species composition,density,distribution,seasonal fluctuation in Xi'an land-carriage Port from December of 2002 through November of 2003. Results Totally 49 rats were captured,they are identified as 1 family,2 genus and 3 species. Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout is predominant genus,and it accounts for 63.27%,the next two are Mus musculus linnaeus (34.69%) and Rattus flavipectus Miline-Edwards (2.04%). Conclusion The average density of rats in Xi'an land-carriage Port is 0.68%,it is within the non-rat port standard,but the rat density of periphery zone is 1.60%,it surpasses the standard of non-rat port. So attention to the periphery zone is necessary,in order to control the rat density within the non-rat port standard.
