| 摘 要： | 目的探究社区卫生服务机构个人绩效考核指标体系，为社区卫生服务中心个人绩效考评提供依据。方法利用文献分析方法、Delphi法、现场调查法和统计学方法对所收集的资料进行分析。结果一级指标服务数量、服务质量和满意度的内容效度分别是0．8947，0．7895，0．6842，总效度为0．7368，说明本量表具有较高的效度。结论具有导向性的绩效考核指标体系对完善社区卫生服务功能、提高其服务效率和改善其服务质量等有着积极的指导作用。
