宫颈牵拉引起DVC中神经元以及内脏活动变化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨因宫颈牵拉引起的迷走背核复合体(Dorsalvagalcomplex,DVC)中神经元的变化以及内脏活动变化的神经机制。方法:应用神经电生理学和免疫组织化学方法,同步观察因宫颈牵拉而引起的大鼠DVC中神经元放电频率的变化、神经元被激活以及心率变化。结果:正常状态下,DVC中兴奋性神经元呈现规律性放电频率。同时,以原癌基因c-fos为标志神经元的激活呈现低水平表达。宫颈牵拉状态下,DVC中的抑制性神经元放电发生明显变化,神经元被激活的程度明显增加。结论:宫颈牵拉引起的内脏活动的变化,可能是引起DVC中神经元活动变化实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To detect the nervous mechanism of the changes of neurons in dorsal vagal complex and visceral activity induced by dragging cervix. Methods:By using the electrophysiological method and immunohistochemistry method, we observed the changes of spontaneous electro-activity and the neuron activation in dorsal vagal complex, and recorded the changes of heart rates when the cervix was dragged in rats. Results:The spontaneous electro-activity of the exciting neurons was regular and the expression of c-fos was low in dorsal vagal complex. The spontaneous electro-activity of the inhibiting neurons are significant and the expression of c-fos was obvious in dorsal vagal complex under the cervix was dragged in rats. Conclusion:The changes of visceral activity induced by dragging cervix were regulated by the neuron activity in dorsal vagal complex.
