| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨角膜内皮炎的临床治疗。方法:临床收集30例角膜内皮炎的患者,明确诊断后给予抗病毒制剂和糖皮质激素治疗,观察愈后。结果:盘状型角膜内皮炎视力恢复和(角膜后沉着物)KP消退时间最快,线状型角膜内皮炎视力恢复和KP消退时间最慢,所有患者KP消退的时间均要长于视力恢复的时间。结论:抗病毒制剂和糖皮质激素治疗对角膜内皮炎是非常有效的。
