新生儿动脉导管未闭术后循环系统监护

总结16例新生儿动脉导管未闭患儿术后循环系统监护。术后护理重点为密切监测血压变化,及时处理高血压;严密观察胸腔引流量和颜色,及时发现出血征象;术后早期保持患儿安静,积极防治肺高压危象;严格控制出入量,加强营养支持,注意保暖及预防感染。16例患儿除1例因术后持续肺动脉高压家长放弃治疗而自动出院外,其余15例均治愈出院。

The postoperative monitoring of circulatory system of patent ductus arteriosus in newborns

The experiences of postoperative monitoring of circulatory system in 16 newborn cases with patent ductus arteriosus were summarized.The experiences were careful detection of the change of blood pressure and prompt treatment of high blood pressure,close observation of the chest drainage volume and its color and early diagnosis of active bleeding,keeping optimal sedation in early stage to prevent and treat pulmonary hypertension crisis,and strict control of intake and output volume,enough nutritional support and warming and infection prevention.Fifteen patients were cured and discharged except one patient discharged by the guardian＇s decision to give up treatment for persistent postoperative pulmonary hypertension.
