| 摘 要： | 目的 从分子水平上阐释损伤血淤证的本质;揭示桃红四物汤治疗损伤血淤证的机制.方法 用定量化重力击打法制备损伤血淤证模型,造模后按要求灌胃,收集血液,检测血浆中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的含量.结果 模型组在2、8、24 h时,大鼠血浆中TXB2的含量先升后降,与正常对照组比较P<0.05;与模型组同时间点比较,治疗组2、8、24 h的大鼠血浆中TXB2的含量升高(P<0.01).与正常对照组比较,模型组2 h时的6-keto-PGF1α含量显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组同时间点比较,治疗组48 h时的6-keto-PGF1α含量降低(P<0.05),168 h的6-keto-PGF1α含量升高(P<0.05).结论 损伤血淤证模型大鼠血浆中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的含量呈现不同的时相性变化;桃红四物汤对损伤血淤证的模型大鼠血浆中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α均具有调节作用,但其作用时相不同.
