| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期康复护理介入对脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者生活质量的影响。方法：对30例脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者给予早期康复护理介入,每天1次,每次30min~1h,平均60±10d。康复护理前后采用Barthel指数评测其日常生活能力,并进行t检验。结果：30例脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者早期康复护理介入前后的Barthel指数评分有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：早期康复护理介入对提高脊椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的日常生活能力和减少并发症有确切效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the influence of rehabilitation nursing on the life quality of fracture of the vertebrae with spinal cord injury.Method：Rehabilitation nursing on 30 cases fracture of the vertebrae with spinal cord were adopted for 30min to 1 hour once a day,The course was average 60±10 days.And then evaluated the daily activity with Barthel index before and after rehabilitation nursing,and detected with T test.Result：There＇s significant difference in Barthel index before and after rehabilitation nursing in all patients.（P0.05）.Conclusion： It＇s effective to improve the life quality and decrease the complication of fracture of the vertebrae with spinal cord injury with early rehabilitation nursing. |
