慢性前列腺炎患者药物和精神辅助治疗波浪式转归研究

目的：探讨慢性前列腺炎（cP）患者的药物和精神辅助治疗后临床症状的波浪式转归。方法：采用症状指数评分表（NIH—CPSI）和焦虑自评量表（SAS），对100例CP患者在治疗前后进行问卷调查，随访时间3～6个月，把治疗有效患者的治疗前后临床症状和精神状态的波动绘制呈曲线图。结果：CP患者经过药物和精神辅助治疗后，躯体症状与精神状态均表现为波浪式转归，且呈现逐波好转过程。结论：CP患者在药物和精神辅助治疗下，其临床症状与精神状态需要经历3个月的反复波动才能恢复到稳定状态。

Curve-cure Study of Chronic Prostatitis Treated with Drug and Mental Therapy

Objective：： To evaluate the curve-cure of chronic prostatitis（CP） treated with drug and mental therapy. Methods： 100 cases with CP are questionnaires with the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index （NIH-CPSI） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. The total questionnaires results are summarized following 3-6 months. The fluctuations on clinical symptoms and mental state of the patients with effective treatment was made as curve. Results： After drug and mental therapy, the symptoms and general feeling of the 100 CP cases are better than before. The characteristic of the cure with drug and mental therapy is waved. Conclusions： The characteristic of the cure of chronic prostatitis （CP） treated with drug and mental therapy is waved and the therapy time is at least 3 months.
