| 摘 要： | 心脏康复护理在发达国家已开展多年，为了促进中国心脏康复护理的发展，笔介绍日本宇都宫济生会病院的心脏康复模式及康复护理内容，包括急性期(住院期，患在病区内进行床旁活动及散步，提高有氧运动能力)、恢复期(出院后的早期门诊，患在门诊心电监护下进行康复锻炼)、维持期(重返工作期，患独立进行康复锻炼，并能掌握活动进度)不同阶段的康复内容，供国内同行参考。

| Abstract: | Cardiac rehabilitation nursing has developed in developed countries for many years. In order to develop cardiac rehabilitation nursing, the author introduced the model of cardiac rehabilitation and the content of rehabilitation nursing, including different contents during the periods of hospitalization, rehabilitation and maintaining at Saiseikai Hospital in Utsunomiya City in Japan to provide a reference to doctors and nurses in China. |
