面部去皱提紧术围手术期护理经验

目的 探讨面部提紧术围手术期个性化心理护理和疏导方法,以促进对这一手术的正确理解和取得最佳手术效果.方法 接诊和咨询的护士反复和求美者沟通,将谈话内容延伸到婚姻家庭等以外范围以求获得真实信息,并对求美者的年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况、求美主要目的 、面部主要解决的问题、术前对手术结果的预期等项目加以统计分析,进行相应的个性化心理疏导护理.结果 无业或家务、离异单身、企图通过手术后解决婚姻问题、对面部主要解决的问题模糊和期望值过高的人群交叉存在,其中上述因素有3项以上重复存在的15例(占31.9%),被作为易出麻烦的潜在问题特质型的人群,给予格外的针对性的心理疏导和护理后,47例中46例对手术满意(97.9%),1例对结果不满意的女性,不能明确提出任何问题.结论 围手术期针对性的心理护理和疏导,有效地加强了医患特别是潜在特质者的沟通,增强求美者对手术的认知度和手术满意度.
