芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛的临床观察

目的 :探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂 (多瑞吉 )用于癌痛患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法 :曾用过吗啡缓释剂的 30例中度或重度癌痛患者 ,使用多瑞吉比较疗效和不良反应。结果 :多瑞吉疗效与吗啡缓释剂相似 ,有效率为 90 % ,不良反应有恶心、呕吐、便秘及排尿困难等 ,但发生率低。结论 :多瑞吉以其独特的透皮缓释方式 ,有持久稳定的镇痛作用 ,使用方便、不良反应小 ,可作为口服强阿片类药物的替代治疗

Clinical Study on Fentany Transdermal System (Durogesic) in Treating Cancer

Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of Durogosic in treating paticrts with cancer pain.Methods:30 patients suffered from median to sever cancer pain, who had previously been treated with sustained release morphine,were administrated with Durogesic.The efficacy and side effects were compared between two groups.Results:90% (27/30) of the patients' pain was controlled in Durogesic group with a similar effective rate to that of morphine group. The side effects contained nausea,vomiting, constipation and difficulty in maturation, but the incidence was much lower.Conclusion:Due to its unique patch technology.Durogesic has continues and long lasting effect on control of pain.It can be used as a substitution for oral sustained release morphine.
