姜黄素对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔的影响

摘    要:目的 观察姜黄素对实验性动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)家兔血浆内皮素(ET)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)水平和结构型一氧化氮合酶(constitutive NOS.cNOS)活性的影响.探讨其影响动脉粥样硬化的机制.方法 将28只雄性日本大耳白兔随机分为3组.即对照组(喂食普通饲料)、模型组(喂食高脂饲料)和姜黄素组(喂食高脂饲料 100mg·kg-1·d-1姜黄素).喂食12周后,取耳缘动脉血测定血总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、NO和ET水平;处死家兔取主动脉,测cNOS活力及主动脉内膜脂质斑块面积;取主动脉弓作病理切片.结果 姜黄素组和模型组TC、LDL-C及ET水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而血浆NO及cNOS均明显低于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05),姜黄素组TC、LDL-C、ET水平均显著低于模型组(均P<0.01),而血浆NO及cNOS活力均显著高于模型组(均P<0.01);姜黄素组主动脉内膜脂质斑块相对面积[(33.23%±10.59)%]明显小于模型组[(52.69%±12.20)%](P<0.05).结论 姜黄素可以降低血脂和血浆ET水平,并能提高血浆NO及动脉壁组织cNOS活性,减少内膜斑块形成,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用.
